Who We Are
Ian Prichard
Winston Churchill, Ian’s fellow countryman, is often credited with saying: “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” These words sum up Ian’s life mission – a life dedicated to help others in their aspiration to live well.

Ian brings many years of real estate experience, along with a longstanding commitment to helping people move toward financial freedom and security. Before he became a real estate agent he worked as a loan officer. This provided valuable perspective on both the financing and property sides of a transaction.
He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and holds many professional qualifications, including:
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI)
Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE)
Ian has also earned professional recognition and positive client reviews for his service, expertise, commitment and sales volume.
Beyond Real Estate
Ian’s work has always extended beyond business. He has founded businesses, supported charitable initiatives, and served in pastoral ministry in both England and the United States.
He founded LifeChange International, an organization dedicated to transforming the lives and living conditions of children and adults around the world. For 14 years, Ian also coached high-school soccer in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
Originally from England, Ian has lived in California and Illinois and has called Denver home since 1999. He and his wife, Susan, have three sons.
Guided by his faith in God, Ian strives to bring honesty, character, integrity, and encouragement to every relationship—whether he is serving clients, supporting his community, or spending time with family.
David Prichard
David Prichard is a Colorado-raised real estate broker serving the South Denver metro area with a thoughtful, client-focused approach built on communication, trust, and attention to detail. With a background in sales, marketing, and business development, David brings a strong understanding of client service and relationship-building to leverage in every real estate experience.
Known for his analytical mindset and process-driven approach, David is driven to helping clients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout the buying or selling process. He believes real estate should feel exciting; not stressful, and that agents should work hard to create an experience where clients feel genuinely supported every step of the way. Whether working with first-time buyers, growing families, or sellers preparing for their next chapter, David’s primary focus is to help clients make confident decisions while keeping their goals at the center of every step.
Having been raised in Colorado, David has a deep appreciation for the communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make Colorado such a special place to call home. He was drawn to real estate because of the meaningful impact homeownership can have on people’s lives and the opportunity it creates for stability, growth, and new beginnings.
